We had a very comfortable stay. The apartment is spacious, bright and exceptionally clean, with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was especially convenient for our family of five (2 adults and 3 children). The kitchen and living area are large and well equipped, and there is air conditioning in every room. The view is absolutely beautiful, both from the apartment and from the pool area. The pool itself is spacious and has an amazing panoramic view over the sea. We were arriving from Norway and reached Opatija quite late in the evening, but we were warmly welcomed on arrival. Everything was explained to us, including where to park, and the free parking was a great advantage. The apartment is modern and beautifully finished. The beds were comfortable, and we also appreciated the small details such as bathrobes and large towels for the sun loungers. Even the tiled floors felt comfortable and not cold underfoot.

− Unfortunately, both bathrooms had some significant issues. Although the apartment has two bathrooms, neither shower was particularly practical to use. The shower screens are too small, so water easily spills onto the bathroom floor while showering, leaving a large part of the floor completely wet. There was also no squeegee or other suitable equipment provided to remove the excess water afterwards. Another major issue was the very poor water pressure. As the apartment is located on the top floor, this may be something guests should be aware of. While I was taking a shower, I had already applied soap when the water suddenly stopped completely. I had to wait in the shower for approximately 20 minutes without any water. When we contacted the property manager, we were told that the water had “run out.” This was quite an unpleasant and unexpected experience. My husband and I stayed in the bedroom at the far end of the apartment, which has its own private bathroom. Unfortunately, there was also a very strong and unpleasant smell coming from this bathroom, which made it uncomfortable to use. These issues were disappointing, especially considering how beautiful, spacious and otherwise well-maintained the apartment is.

Prachtige locatie met het meest fantastische uitzicht ever! Geweldige bedden, en ook aan het zwembad enorm luxe en comfortabele ligbedjes.

− Het is nieuw en er wordt nog bijgebouwd. Ook ernaast werd volop gebouwd met bijbehorende herrie. In het appartement werkte dingen nog niet, bijv de oven. De tv ging continu uit zichzelf aan en zo waren er nog wat zaken. De gastheer was aardig, maar niet erg communicatief, sprak nauwelijks Engels en wij geen woord Kroatisch.
