It is a good house . I liked it.

The host is amazing. He provided everything in the house and the house is amazing because it has 2 wide windows with lots of beautiful plants . It has a very good kitchen with all facilities. It has a clean bathroom which is perfect. The location is near some cafes and restaurants and a big supermarket.

− It does not have air-conditioning so in the summer it's a little bit hot . However I showered with cold water to stay cool during the night for sleeping.

Прекрасная , очень чистая квартира с удобным расположением. Есть все: чай, кофе, утюг , фен , посуда , холодильник , стиральная машина . До Метро «Дружба» идти минуту, под домом обменники , магазины . Парковка во дворе дома , что тоже очень удобно . Большое спасибо Тиграну, все подробно объяснил, был всегда на связи !!!

− It didnt have aircoditioner. Beacuse of being close to the street, the loud bother all day and night.

Cozy flat with a beautiful view and nice and friendly owners. Nearby shops, change bureau, bus stop and metro. Many buses to the centre. The flat is clean, with a hob,, small oven, washing machine, wi-fi, TV,. All needs provided. We recommend it highly Our stay was amazing Thank you

It was a nice experience located near the centre in Yerevan, surrounded by cafes and stores and restaurants which is good,honestly . it's cozy with friendly staffs and nice facilities. Very affordable, and yes, you should try it yourself

− All in all it's good. However, the bathroom smells kinda stock room and the ventilation isn't enough to suck the smell when you use the toilet. Aside from that, we weren't able to use the wifi in our whole stay, maybe because they forgot to pay for it. The owners were very accommodating though.
