8.0Telefonisch begeleid om de sleutel en ingang te vinden. Duidelijke hulp. Er kwam ook iemand groen ik vragen had over WiFi. Groot pluspunt....fiets mocht mee op de kamer en kon met bagage en al in lift!
− Het was even zoeken om licht in de badkamer te vinden. In de hal brandde het licht niet. Een keukenhanddoek ontbrak. Graag duidelijke scheiding van afval.

8.0Dobra lokalizacja. W mieszkaniu wszystko co potrzebne na krótki pobyt.
− Przy odbiorze kluczy okazało się, że nie ma ich w umówionym miejscu. Właściciel otworzył mieszkanie i okazało się nieposprzątane. Przez co było opóźnienie w zakwaterowaniu. Włącznik światła w łazience nie działa. oświetlenie było tylko z szafki nad umywalką.
