5.0Staff were welcoming and friendly. Swimming pool was lovely and warm , but jacuzzi was out of order Changing room not so clean
− Place was run down and untidy. A lot of things not working. Bar/ restaurant toilets were disgusting. Sanitary bins full so flies all around them . On all days the same. Caravan had no hot water after a day so cold showers and kettle water to wash up with.. Ant infested.... Aquadrome was fun, but filthy with Bird poo on it .

10.0We had great stay there. Very spacious accomodation. I would love to come back.
− The swimming pool had very dirty shower and toilet.
Excellent activities for the kids. Very pricey stay for the caravan we was in
7.0All the activities for the kids and the Bike ramps.
− Restaurant/Bar staff need more training. Serving mouldy milk to customers. Counters dirty not once did I see them clean them. Only one person serving. Very slow. Very pricey caravan for what we stayed in. No fuse on the toaster, caravan was swaying the whole time, doors didn’t shut properly so had to slam them. Neighbours dogs who lives there constantly barking and can’t leave the window open at night as all you can hear is her wind chime.
