Room space and kitchen are OK. Others are disappointed

− 3 towels and 2 bed sheets for 7 people, 2 of 4 airconditions are out of order. Wait for host coming for chk in 45 min. Inform host for chk out time and agreed but when the time arrived, no one came. We had phoned for many times, that were not received, till the last minutes the neighbor came.
