Overpaid.
2.0Location was the best
− List of things. Gate is so much inconvenient. Have to open the locks first to open the gate, then reverse the vehicle out the gate. Driveway doesn’t have much room to park then close the gate. Since the street is getting busy, was scary backing out. Same with coming in to the building. Suggest gate to have auto with fob so it makes it convenient. Hot water system was very poor. Many days we had to take showers without hot water because the on demand was not working. Master bedroom did not have hot water from day one so it left us using 1 shower only for my stay. Toilet in master bedroom needs to be cleaned outside so it doesn’t look filthy. Screen doors should be self closing so the mosquito, lizards don’t get in the building. Kitchen didn’t have any spice at all. We always take rental places and they all come with basic spices and no oil at all. There were only 2 big pots. Pots are suppose to be matched with stove which was not. There should be more pots and pans to accommodate different ethnic backgrounds. Only 2 plates make things very inconvenient. There should have been laundry detergent to start off with. Basically I overpaid for this property considering how inconvenient it was.
I recommend and absolutely loved this place for its cleanliness, safety, location and comfort.
10.0The Owner meet us on arrival and we absolutely loved the location as well as the facilities. Would recommend this to anyone travelling to Ba for work or leisure.

10.0Locations is great. Facilities are amazing given it is two bedroom, a living room, has a kitchen and washer. The breeze is great too. Convenient as it is near the town so can go to the supermarket and get food around easily. Even taxi from town to the apartment is fairly priced
