Buona solo la posizione; tutto il resto, a cominciare dalla pulizia della camera e anche del bagno, assolutamente insufficienti. Polvere, capelli nel piatto doccia e tra le lenzuola (foto inviate a host).

Decent size studio with all essentials and in a nice location

− The check-in and check-out process turned out to be unnecessarily complicated and stressful. When reading the check-in instructions, I expected the key box to be located next to the entrance, as is normally the case. Instead, it was secured at floor level on a metal grid beside the entrance, and it was very difficult to see in the dark. Once I finally located it, I realised that I had not been provided with the code for the key box in the check-in instructions. It took around an hour to finally gain access to the property, at approximately midnight. My calls were redirected to voicemail, and I eventually received a response via WhatsApp messages. Unfortunately, the check-out process was just as problematic. I was provided with a new code for the key box, but when I tried to use it in the morning, the lock would not open. I tried calling and messaging again but received no response. As I had to leave, I had no choice but to leave the keys inside the building. I also left a voice message for the property owner explaining exactly where I had left them. Two to three hours later, I received a message from the property owners providing a key-box code — but it was different from the code I had received the night before. They also asked where I had left the keys, despite the fact that I had already explained this in my voice message. Overall, this was by far the most complicated and stressful check-in and check-out experience I have ever had. Clearer instructions and timely communications, especially considering these technical problems in communication of key box codes, would have made the process considerably easier.

The location is very good.

− After arriving from a very long flight and tube journey we found that the lockbox for the keys to the property wouldn't open. There was another broken lock box alongside the one in use. It looked to be the same model as the one that wouldn't open. When one is very tired after a long journey it is frustrating not to be able to quickly get some shuteye. Although the proprietor sent a technician in around 40 minutes, in the end they had to break the lockbox. Considering that the location of the property implies that it is high value real estate, then to cut corners on the quality of basic infrastructure such as lockboxes is not congruent as this has a disproportionate impact on the customer experience.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden hier wieder buchen.

Die Lage ist sehr gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Hyde Park sind in wenigen Minuten sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Apartment ist mit einer voll funktionsfähigen Küche ausgestattet. Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Herd etc. Die Schlüsselübernahme und Rückgabe funktionierte einwandfrei und über WhatsApp haben wir bei einer Nachfrage sofort eine Antwort bekommen!

− Das Bett war für unsre Verhältnisse leider nicht perfekt, da die Matratze sehr weich ist und man die Federn vom Unterbau spürt. Für Menschen mit Rückenschmerzen und einen längeren Aufenthalt eher nicht zu empfehlen.
