1.0I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated during this stay. The landlord forced us to leave the property, claiming that we were making too much noise and disturbing the neighbors. We were not given a fair opportunity to resolve the situation and were simply told to leave. What is even more disappointing is that Booking.com failed to take any meaningful action to protect us as guests. As a result, we were left without accommodation, stranded, and lost the money we paid for four nights that we were unable to use. We have not received any refund. This situation feels completely unfair. We paid for a service that we did not receive, and neither the property nor Booking.com provided the support we expected. I am requesting a full refund for the four unused nights and a proper review of how this case was handled.
