8.0החדר נעים, ברחוב שקט. תחושה שנעשה שיפוץ לא מזמן ולכן הריצוף חדש
− היתה הצפה מהמקלחת. לדברי בעלת הצימר הנושא ידוע והיא תביא בעל מקצוע לטפל. ממליצה לבדוק שאכן טופל. הצימר הוא חלק מבית הבעלים שהופרד ע"י דלת רב בריח. תחושה שאין פרטיות מלאה.
