− The owner didnt give us this place despite paying in advance. He provided some moulded cottage which didnot even have proper beds. Very disappointing. He said some Russians had booked the whole place. How are they cheating customers by charging so much for no facilities. Booking.com should take care of this No hot water, no facilties, no parking. We clearly told we had a kid and he did not take care of anything. He just apologized when he could have informed us prior so that we could have booked another property. THIS IS DAYLIGHT CHEATING. Dont ever book this property.
