3.0The location was ok
− It was grubby, massively dated, bathroom showers and baths were surrounded by black mould! The pool was so filthy and in 11 days it never got checked or cleaned!. It had a green skin around the edge from the time we arrived to the time we left! We rang the company to say the this plus the pool lights didn’t work and the jets on the side pool weren’t working ….nobody rang us back! Shower room was totally unusable! It’s maintained terribly compared to a lot of other villas in Lanzarote! The washing line was broken upon arrival and the pool deck chairs were old and falling apart! Not what anyone would expect from a villa in puerto Calero!
