Friendliest little place in Seaside
10.0This little house is perfect for families with children. They have extensive books, which our daughter loved, plus several creatively fun toys for visiting kids to play with. The owners were very respectful of our privacy and communicated through the app but still made themselves available as needed. The house was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet at night.
− The only drawback is the driveway for parking is quite narrow so if you have a large vehicle, it is challenging getting in and out of it.
We absolutely loved our stay and plan to come again next year!
10.0We loved the enclosed outdoor space for our little kids to play in and the many toys and books provided. My kids absolutely loved being in this house.
− There was nothing that we really didn’t like, only some preferences we would have preferred such as a king size bed and a slightly more comfortable couch.

9.0If you have a car, it's a good location to access Monterey, Big Sur, Elkhorn Slough. More comfy for a family than a hotel room.
− The mattress on the trundle bed was almost nonexistent. Communication with the hosts needs some improvement.
