Man hat ein eigenes kleines Häuschen mit Schlafzimmer, Veranda und Badezimmer. Das Bett und die Matratze waren neuwertig und sehr bequem, das Badezimmer angenehm groß und die Veranda gemütlich zum Sitzen und Entspannen. Das Ganze liegt auf einem sehr schönen, ruhigen Campus, nur etwa 100 Meter von einem der schönsten Strände in Goa entfernt. Das Wasser dort ist ruhig und sehr gut zum Schwimmen geeignet. Man kann dort gegen Aufpreis Yoga- und andere Kurse besuchen, wenn man möchte, muss aber überhaupt nicht daran teilnehmen. Man kann auch einfach nur die schöne Umgebung genießen, entspannen und zur Ruhe kommen. Insgesamt ist es wirklich ein sehr guter Ort zum Erholen. Der Eigentümer ist sehr hilfsbereit und auch das übrige Personal freundlich und angenehm. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und war insgesamt rundum zufrieden – besonders positiv überrascht angesichts des günstigen Preises. Mir ist außerdem aufgefallen, dass der Ort besonders bei Yoga-Interessierten sehr beliebt ist und offenbar zu den Top-Anlaufstellen in Süd-Goa gehört. Die Yoga-Shala wirkt sehr einladend und großzügig.

− Da müsste ich jetzt überlegen, weil einige Tage später vor allem die positiven Eindrücke überwiegen. Mir fällt spontan eigentlich nichts Negatives ein.

Had a wonderful stay at Ruban Yoga. I’m fully satisfied with the overall experience. The ambience was peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for a comfortable stay near Palolem. The owner was very responsive, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of promptly. The place is definitely value for money considering the location, cleanliness, and hospitality provided. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a calm and pleasant stay in Palolem.

− ברחתי מהמקום הזה דקה אחרי שהגעתי, אני לא מבינה איך הם הגיעו לדירוג כזה. נתחיל בזה שהמיקום של המלון לא ברור ואין מענה בטלפון אז הייתי צריכה להיסחב בחולות עם מזוודות בלי לדעת לאן אני הולכת. בסוף השארתי את הדברים שלי באמצע הדרך והלכתי לחפש אותו, כשהגעתי אף אחד לא היה שם, כל העצים יבשים ויש שם שיפוצים. לאחר איזה רבע שעה שאני לא יודעת מה לעשות אחד מהאורחים הלך לקרוא למישהי מהבית ליד שהצביעה לי על החדר והלכה. ביקשתי עזרה עם המזוודות ולא היה מי שיבוא לעזור לי. החדר בנוי מכמה קרשים ויותר נראה כמו אוהל, אין מזגן בחדר והכל נראה עלוב. אומנם המחיר סביר אבל ב120 שקל לילה אפשר לקבל תמורה הרבה יותר טובה. ברחתי משם הכי מהר למלון יוקרתי לפצות על היום הנורא שעברתי, לפחות הם היו בסדר ולא גבו את הכסף על ההזמנה.

Ruban was a very kind and helpful host, we were received with great welcome and had very nice conversations with him about life and India after the (paid) yoga classes. Nice drinkwater dispenser and coffee on donation basis was also a huge plus. Very close to the beach.

Exceeded expectations - peaceful oasis 1 minute from beach

Exceeded expectations so much that I extended my stay. A perfect, peaceful oasis tucked just behind the front row of restaurants on the beach. The hut was clean and well designed with a spacious bathroom. The staff, particularly Ruben himself, were warm and kind - and led a fantastic sound bath session that was so deeply relaxing. Highly recommend! I was a solo female, and the two huts on either side of me were also solo females - we all agreed that we felt very safe there. 1 minute walk to the beach - the Fernandos restaurant on the front is possibly the best one there, with deck chairs and food available all day. Excellent value for money for the price.
