− My bed and pillow could have been better. But that is such a small thing compared to all the other benefits.
Perfect for just a few days.
9.0Location was so convenient , close to everything and we absolutely loved that we had a downstairs room near the pool which was great for us and our kids. The staff were very friendly and always so helpful with anything we needed. We also enjoyed listening to the music coming from the bar area hahaha.
− We could not use Youtube or Netflix on the tv even if we were connected to the wifi - we still couldn't use Youtube or Netflix. Also on our final day the aircon started leaking. I hope if we decide to stay here again we can use Youtube / Netflix and hopefully the aircon won't leak again.
It was a great staycation at Millenia, minor things to improve on but great place overall
7.0The rooms were well put. I just wish they service the rooms on a daily basis or at least every two days. Breakfast could be better. Pool was great.
− Having to ask for things that should already be in the rooms for examples blankets and a microwave to warm up our food.

3.0The pool and outdoor area were lovely.
− The rooms did not have a phone to call reception. Also you had to ask for additional blankets or ironing board and iron they were not in the room. Also when we booked it said that shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer was available but this was not the case when we arrived. Again you had to go to reception and ask repeatedly for the items. The towels had stains and the toilet paper had bugs or discolouring on them. Also one of the male workers propositioned my daughter who was a minor.
Great value for the money, staff are so nice and friendly, will definitely stay here again

− My room barely had hot water for showers. I was in room 61 which had a kitchen but no plates or utensils were in there.

The airport shuttle service to and from Faleolo International Airport will incur an additional charge:
$80 WST one-way for a sole passenger, or $40 WST per person if shared.
