A perfect getaway for our family close to the main high street with outstanding amenities

The communication between the property owner and us was efficient. The facilities were fantastic with state of the the art electrical appliances, bath towels, pool towels and indoor slippers for guests in each room along with toiletries and a hairdryer. The pool was perfect for the family and the rooftop veranda was great for evenings. There is access to a PS5 and speakers connected to Alexa (the latter both indoors and outdoors). The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the laundry room and additional cooking area was perfect. Las Santa and his wife were very helpful throughout our stay and recommended some great places for lunch/dinner. We were more than satisfied with our stay there. Thank you very much!

Stayed at Nomad Nest in Hikkaduwa and had a really pleasant experience. The place is clean, well-maintained, and has nice amenities — the pool with the bubble bench was a great touch. It is about 1–2 km from the beach, but the location is still convenient and peaceful. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, which made the stay feel comfortable and easy. Overall, a great spot if you’re looking for a tidy and relaxed place to stay in Hikkaduwa.

We just had the most fantastic stay at Nomad Nest in Hikkaduwa. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. 1. Flawless Design & Comfort The villa’s contemporary architecture impressed us immediately. Bright, light-filled rooms with thoughtful details gave it a cozy yet elegant feel. It’s modern, spotless, and exactly as charming in person as it looks in photos. 2. Superb Facilities & Smart Living Every convenience was provided. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus a living area and a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, kettle, and more, the villa offered ample space and functionality. The smart-home features were a standout: ultra-fast Wi-Fi, a digital assistant (Siri), Apple TV/streaming, and even a PlayStation 3. Relaxing Outdoor Space The outdoor pool, sun terrace, and lush garden were so inviting. We spent many relaxing moments around the beautifully maintained pool area 4. Location & Accessibility No need for long commutes—the villa is just a short drive (or tuk-tuk ride) from Hikkaduwa Beach (about 1 mile or a 5-minute drive) and within easy reach of local attractions. There’s also free private parking, which made getting around very easy 5. Incredible Host Our host, Lasantha, was absolutely wonderful. He welcomed us warmly, provided a thorough tour, and was responsive and attentive throughout our stay. His hospitality truly made us feel at home 6.
