Zentrale Lage und exzellenter Service
9.0Sehr nettes Personal/Eigentümer. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage, d.h. es gab verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Es gibt auch direkt vor der Tür eine Bushaltestelle und man ist allgemein schnell in der Essener Innenstadt und auch schnell beim Weltkulturerbe Zollverein. Auch der Bahnhof Kray-Süd ist nicht weit.
− Da die Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen ist, hört man Autogeräusche, vermutlich vor allem von der Autobahn A40, und es gibt auch direkt Schienen in der Nähe, d.h. man hört gelegentlich Züge. Das sind aber alles Dinge, die man vorhersehen konnte.
