− The room was not as described, the kitchen was a shared kitchen, the photos for the room kitchen were incorrect. There was no coffee machine as in the list of facilities. The manager went silent when questioned regarding room issues.

2.0− Nos alojamos en la habitación 15, ubicada en la buhardilla. La habitación se encuentra directamente comunicada con la cocina y la sala de estar de las habitaciones de la planta inferior, por lo que cualquier ruido se escucha con mucha facilidad, dificultando el descanso. Además, el sofá cama resultó extremadamente incómodo. Por otro lado, las fotografías mostradas durante la reserva no se correspondían con el estado y las características reales de la habitación que se nos asignó.

− Absence d'étagères, et de rangement. Nous sommes arrivés ds une chambre non prête, une personne très serviable est arrivée 15 minutes plus tard et nous l a préparée. Manque d hygiène et d'ustensiles en cuisine.
