Apartment was not cleaned upon arrival, and our team had to urgently relocate after a business trip.
1.0− 1/10 I cannot recommend this accommodation, especially for business trips or work teams. Upon arrival, the apartment was not cleaned after previous guests and was not in a condition suitable for check-in. After a long work trip, our team was left waiting outside with luggage and had to urgently search for alternative accommodation. Although the host later responded and offered cleaning for the following day, this was not a realistic solution for a working team already forced to relocate. We had to book another apartment through Booking.com immediately and incurred additional expenses because the accommodation was not properly prepared at arrival. The most disappointing part was the lengthy dispute afterward instead of taking full responsibility for the situation. For us, reliability and readiness at check-in are essential, and unfortunately this accommodation failed in that regard.
