10.0Minimalist. You need to bring your own linen, towels, toiletries. But the price reflects it, and they tell you upfront. Perfect for summer time. You are 100 it's away from Boukder Bay. Which is what I wanted and did. Evry single day I drove there, I know, I know, become Amerocan after two decades. But I had my Pakayak (nesting kayak), launched every single day and had the best time of my life. I took the single room, but am coming back with friends again and will enjoy staying here for low rates and enjoy the lake and lake time. Also, great that I'm on the side or the town where I can head to Lake Gregory in under an hour. My other favorite lake here in these parts. You might be far away from Snow Summit if that's your target for skiing/snowboarding/mountain biking. Bjt thst was not my destination.
− Could have used a chair in the room. I dragged patio chairs and staked them as I worked during the day at the desk. Was surprised though that there was even a desk haha. Can also add a night lamp on one kf the night stands.

− Just that we did a late check in since we’re driving from LA after work and the power was out. Not a huge deal, just kinda hard to set up with no light lol. Apparently very common when there’s high winds to prevent fires.

− The unit is very run down with cracked kitchen tile to holes and scrapes on the floor. The bathroom walls have vinyl flooring tile on them even above the tub. The bathroom and whole unit need a major upgrade. We saw nor spoke with any staff. You have to bring your own bedding and towels.
