1.0− Hafiz Choudhury is TOTALLY DISHONEST and a DISGRACE to his Country. We are still waiting for our Security Bond Refund of 200 UK pound since October 2024. He has never had the decency to reply to our 5 emails to both of his addresses. We are not the only ones to be scammed. BE WARNED
£200 down as owners not returning deposit!!!

− WARNING!!!!! Despite booking through Booking.com, Gemini Properties then request a £200 deposit which is suppose to be returned after 10 working days!!! This time has now passed and I have sent email and text and no response as yet. If deposit is returned, I willl happily amend this review as actuallly a nice spot, however, having seen another review with the same issue let this be a warning to any other prospectus bookers! Hafiz - please can you return my deposit

− After a full calendar month following our stay, we are still awaiting the refund of our £200 security deposit. Despite terms and conditions stating it would be within 10 working days. No response to WhatsApp, email or messaging service. Still chasing….
