Virkelig lækker terrasse, meget god plads i lejligheden og rigtig god beliggenhed..

− Der manglede glas, der var kun til 1 person.. der er hul i væggen og en stikkontakt der falder ud af væggen.. Ellers var det meget fint. Kunne være rart med ekstra lagner så man ikke behøver at dele..

− Tuve una experiencia bastante negativa con este hospedaje. El enlace que me enviaron para pagar el impuesto turístico de Barcelona no funcionaba y no pude realizar el pago con ninguna de mis tarjetas. Como era domingo, solicité pagar en efectivo, pero me indicaron que sin el pago no podía ingresar al apartamento. Tuve que esperar aproximadamente una hora fuera del alojamiento mientras buscaban una solución. Finalmente me permitieron dejar el dinero en un casillero, pero este estaba a unos 30 minutos caminando, por lo que tuvimos que tomar otro taxi. Además, el apartamento no tenía vasos y las sillas del comedor se hunden al sentarse, por lo que no resultan cómodas. En general, considero que la atención fue deficiente y que la situación pudo resolverse de una manera mucho más sencilla.

− ⭐☆☆☆☆ Unfortunately, our experience at this apartment was very disappointing. The biggest issue was the terrace, which was one of the main reasons we chose this property. Instead of enjoying our morning coffee outside, we were looking at construction work around the building. The air conditioning in the living room was so weak that it felt as if there was no air conditioning at all, making the apartment uncomfortable during the hot weather. The kitchen was also poorly equipped. We were a family, yet there was only one coffee cup and one juice glass available. This is simply not acceptable for a family apartment. After reporting these issues, the host acknowledged them and offered us a 20% refund as compensation. However, we were then asked to leave a positive review in connection with that compensation. I have written evidence of this communication. We accepted the proposed solution in good faith, but when it came time to honour the agreement, the refund was never approved. Instead, we were left caught between the host and Booking.com, with each side appearing to shift responsibility to the other. The most disappointing part was not just the condition of the apartment, but the failure to honour the agreed compensation and the attempt to link it to a positive review. I believe reviews should reflect guests’ genuine experiences, not be influenced by promised compensation that is later withdrawn. Unfortunately, this experience fell well below our expectations.

Placement in non touristic neighbors with no street noise, very spacious for 3 to 4 people, excellent sleep quality, near metros and buses for joining easy any spot in Barcelona.

− The AC is good but some maintenance is required for a better cooling.
