6.0Staff person at front desk was attentive and helpful. A great problem solver. Very nice breakfast included.
− There is no hot water available at this hotel. A cold shower in the evening was just bearable, but it was too cold to take a morning shower. Also, the first room she gave us had the window facing an internal dark corridor, so we asked for a room with a window facing outside. This second room was bright, but the door lock was broken, and it would not lock. The third room was bigger and better. But not having any hot water at all in the rooms wasn't pleasant.
