Disappointing stay due to poor cleanliness standards and an overall uncomfortable atmosphere.
4.0The Location was nice.
− Unfortunately, my stay did not meet my expectations. There was visible mold in the shower. In addition, the walls around the bed were stained and yellowed, giving the room an unclean appearance. I even moved the bed away from the wall to feel more comfortable. The power switch used to turn on the fridge and other appliances was dirty and sticky to the touch. Basic amenities were also lacking, as there was no hand soap provided in the apartment. In addition, groups of people were regularly hanging around the entrance to the building, which made me feel somewhat unsafe when entering and leaving the property. Overall, the cleanliness and atmosphere of the property left much to be desired, and unfortunately it is not a place I would recommend.
Basic apartment in a good location
7.0- Location is good. - Allowed me early check-in. - The key handover via key box is very simple and worked smoothly. - A single room with a kitchen and a desk.
− - Didn't provide luggage storage after check-out (because it was on weekend). - No air conditioner and not even a fan, it was very hot in June when I was there. - There was no hand wash and also no sponge and soap for washing utensils. Provided only 1 toilet roll. - The room was situated under Doner kebab on the ground floor which worked night at time. Located directly on a six-lane main road, plus a tram line. It was very loud room. - No curtains. I always had to have the blinds down. - There were stains on the utensils and the kitchen top.

− Bullenheiß im Sommer, kein Ventilator, und nicht mal Lüften geht. Direkt an einer sechsspurigen Hauptstraße, plus Straßenbahn. Rennstrecke für alle lokalen Prolos. Keine Seife in Bad oder Küche, kein Tee oder Kaffee, kein Schreibtisch oder Sessel. Im Prinzip eine höllenlaute, heiße, schäbig eingerichtete Gefängniszelle an einer besonders hässlichen Ecke einer generell nicht besonders schönen Stadt.
