10.0Struttura molto accogliente in un posto molto tranquillo ideale per riposarsi, con tutti i tipi di comfort, pulita e in una posizione eccezionale vicina sia a Gradoli paese che al lago di Bolsena, il quale si può vedere addirittura dalle finestre, la consigliamo vivamente 😄

− Sąsiad ma 2 duże psy więc jak się przyjeżdża z własnym psem trzeba brać to pod uwagę; Dodatkowa opłata za pościel i ręczniki. Widok na jezioro z łazienki lub kuchni. Brak klimatyzacji i WiFi( o tym wiedziałam przy rezerwacji).

8.0The house is ok, the kitchen is equipped for cooking, and the space is generous — the photos accurately reflect reality. For a short stay, it’s a good budget-friendly choice. The only inconvenience was the lack of internet, but the owners mentioned they are currently working on it. Another unexpected aspect was the extra charge for bed linen and towels, something I hadn’t encountered before. Overall, everything was fine. The hosts even prepared a small surprise for us — they left milk, coffee, and biscuits for the morning, which was a lovely gesture.
wonderful place in the heart of Medieval Italy
10.0The villa is situated in a very interesting region with many ancient towns and villages around, breathtaking views,beautiful landscapes, vineyards and wineries, hot springs and so on. The location is very quite in the outskirts of Gradoli. The house is equipped with everything you need (even table football;), comfortable beds, all clean, there's a backyard with BBQ and balcony. The owner is super friendly and helpful, always reachable, gave us many useful tips for our trip.
− I would suggest to add cutting board, wine glasses and increase the fridge size (too small for a family).
