5.0Las instalaciones espectaculares. El lugar es mágico
− Llegamos y las habitaciones no estaban listas. No había toallas en los baños. El personal del hotel con muy buena disposición pero se nota poca experiencia y preparación para atender. Para el precio del hotel falta manejar mejor el nivel de detalles en la atención. Tiene mucho potencial el lugar pero falta.

10.0El desayuno muy bueno La ubicacion, inmejorable, lejos del ruido El personal, lo mejor del hotel, sin ellos no seria lo mismo. Todos muy especiales La casa y el entorno, los jardines, todo nos encanto La comida muy buena
− Lo unico que no estuvo del todo bien fue un almuerzo en el que pedimos hamburguesas y aunque la carne estaba de muy buen sabor, estaba demasiado dura y muy seca.

− El personal esta muy disperso, no se oberva que se tenga estandarizado quien recibe a los huespedes, dar indicaciones sobre actividades a realizar.. se llega con mucha expectativa por las campañas de marketing pero estan desconectadas con el personal, incluso algunas de las ofrecidas en página web ya ni existen
