5.0初めて利用させてもらいました。 スタッフの方が丁寧に接してくれ、 困った事にしっかり対応していただきました。 奥さんも満足していて、機会がありましたら また利用させて貰います。
− 利用した部屋のエアコンが壊れていて、 不便に感じる点がありました。 他は不便に感じた点はありません。

10.0急な部屋の変更にも対応して頂き、建物、部屋も綺麗でとてもいい旅ができました。
手入れをするって大事なんだな、と。
3.0管理人さんは優しく感じの良い人でした。
− 外観や内装は良かったのですが、変なにおいがしたり、特に共用スペースのキッチンが驚きでした。置いてある物は自由に使ってくださいねと言われましたが、何年も使ってないであろうグラス(内側に蜘蛛の巣)があったり、謎の小銭が置きっぱなしになっていたり、リビングのガラス扉にずいぶん昔の拭き跡が白くなっていたり、到底ホテルと呼べる施設ではありませんでした。民泊と思ったらいいかも知れませんが、それにしては高額でした。
