They cancelled my booking in order to charge more for the secelted dates than I paid
1.0Nothing well I guess the only thing they did good was get my hopes up!
− I made my booking and was given check-in instructions for my stay to come and then about a week after booking the unit manager emailed me saying they had to cancel my booking because the host wanted to use the space. I can understand that but I'd already made my booking and that's not fair. But after my booking was cancelled the ad was not taken down and Instead they kept it up for rental just increasing the price by roughly $57 a night during the time that I had booked for my own vacation.
