Good location but place needs maintenance.

The host was quick to respond to questions and also followed up with us to ensure we had no issues. The smart tv, wifi, aircon and layout of the house is good. The location is excellent as it's a quick walk to the beach which is perfect because you don't need to take a car.

− There wasn't enough of kitchenware for the amount of people staying in the house. We were always short on coffee cups, utensils, plates and towels and as a result needed to wash regularly. They really need espresso cups, more plastic plates and cups for kids, ensure other basics such as salt, pepper, olive oil, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, toilet paper are stocked. The pipes were very noisy. Every time we flushed the toilet or turned on the tap, they rattled and creaked. Although nice, the place needs maintenance.

Great location and great for a family or group stay

Clean and close to everything. Nice spacious kitchen dining and lounge room with big TV.

− Smelt a little damp till we put the heater on. Another heater for the last bedroom as it was very cold down there and near the bunks.

The location of the property was perfect, close to the beach and main shopping centre/pub ! The beds were comfortable. The kitchen and lounge area was spacious, there was a heap of seating and utensils to use.

− Some areas weren’t very clean behind doors / in between the vanity and the shower there was rubbish. The area on top of the house that had stools and a bar like area, was something we were looking forward to sit and having a cheeseboard, unfortunately the trees were overgrown, there was a tarp and paint containers up there which meant we couldn’t sit there. There was also a leak in the roof in one of the bedrooms.
