There was adequate car parking in front of the property. The accommodation was spotless and beautifully decorated, the location was very quiet and had great access to the nearest beach, I was also surprised because I didn't expect to find food for breakfast.

Great Studio! Quiet location but close to shops / supermarkets etc. Very clean and well equipped for a couple or sole use. Loved the extras (Bread, milk, butter etc provided) Overall I would highly reccomend the Studio. We couldnt have asked for more.

Sam and Pete were very lovely and welcoming. They provided lots of little bits which was a lovely jester, we really enjoyed our stay. We went to the local goodwood race circuit which was only a 15 min drive away so very convenient for us. The studio itself is in a quiet location and close enough to supermarkets. The property was very clean and well equipped even down to spare toothbrushes incase forgotten aswell as milk and bread. Everything you could ask for and more.

Would visit again. Highly recommend.

Lovely and clean. Liked all the extras, milk, bread cereals, toiletries. Lovely hot water. Nice quiet location. Ideal for visiting Brighton and Chichester.

Left Stranded Without Access To Property!

Nothing to like as we could not access the property and were left stranded late at night.

− We booked The Studio, Felpham, from 1-5 May (Bank Holiday weekend) but we couldn't even access the property on arrival! The whole experience has been horrendous and very stressful. The owners had messaged us to say that they were going away for a few days, they gave us a keysafe code and said to contact them if we needed to. We had confirmed a later arrival and on arrival, we could not open the keysafe. We tried over and over again (I even took video footage of our efforts). I sent the owners several messages via the booking.com app and rang their direct phone number several times but it just rang and went to voicemail, where I left several messages. By midnight we were still stuck outside after having driven for hours, in an unfamiliar place, with no one to help us. It was an awful situation to be in and I'm disabled. We were forced to start looking for alternative accommodation at that late hour, on a busy bank holiday weekend. By sheer luck, we found a hotel that still had a room that was accessible enough for me for the next several days, but I obviously had to pay all over again. We didn't hear from The Studio owners until 8am! They initially left a voicemail saying that they were basically in a location with no signal but said the keycode was correct. I received a unapologetic text a few minutes later stating that the cleaner had changed the code to something else! There was no concern that we could've slept in our car all night and no mention of whether we had or had not managed to make any alternative arrangements! They offered a refund on Saturday (which we still have not received several days later) and said they'd still honour the booking but this offer was ridiculous because we couldn't sleep in our car all night, so we had to try to find alternative accommodation and fortunately checked into a hotel that had to be booked for the duration of the stay whilst they had availability.
