8.0The room was clean when we arrived (clean bedsheets, bathroom, towels, etc). - The rooms are big, with 3 beds in the bedroom and two extensible couches in the living room, perfect for families. Plus each apartment has its own balcony/terrace. - One air conditioning in the living room. - The kitchinette was equipped with a big fridge, a hob and everything you need for cooking. - Located close to the beach (10 minutes walk) and to the Gokceada town (5-10 minutes by car). - Parking lot for cars. - The courtyard has beautiful flowers and trees (we ate delicious apricots from the tree). - Quiet area (excepting the prayers from the church/mosque). - Discreet hosts. - Good price compared to other apartments in the area.
− There was a constant musty smell (mold) in the bedroom. - There was no cleaning of the room, no new bedsheets, towels or toilet paper during our 5 days stay. We received only one piece of toilet paper. There was no broom given for self cleaning, only a mop. - The internet connection (wifi) was really poor. - Located near the church/mosque. The daily prayers at 23:00 were very loud. - There were lots of ants in our room. - When you take a shower, you get all the bathroom wet (there is only a curtain between the shower and the rest of the bathroom). - The host was washing the courtyard in the evening, when we were back from our trips. My son fell and got injured because of the slippery wet sidewalk. This could be done between 12 and 3 PM, but not in the evening, when guests come back home.

8.0It was purely a self catering facility. We didn't really use it for cooking per se, only made coffee. The shower was great, it's one of my main concerns, and it was clean!
Quite and peaceful location, near to village center and comfortable room!
