Lovely and enjoyable stay
10.0The location was amazing - 20mins walk from Uxbridge City Centre to catch the Tube, that gets you into London in about 1hr. Or there is a bus station at the bottom of the road. The accommodation had all what we needed and the cute welcome packs were lovely.

2.0Convenient for the area I was working in. The living room and bedroom were basic.
− In the kitchen, apart from slightly worn-out equipment and very little cutlery, there was no washing up bowl or drying rack. What was really bad, though, was the state of the washups (pic.). In the bathroom what was absolutely disgusting was the lavatory brush, behind the lavatory, and loo roll holder with thick rust (pics.). I messaged the property and received an anonymous email from customer services admitting that this was 'unacceptable' and blaming the cleaning company. The grubbiness in this apartment is due to at least weeks, if not months of neglect.
