7.0Ottima la possibilità di avere acqua potabile sia liscia che frizzante in cucina, saper di poter evitare l'acquisto di acqua in bottiglia è un plus non indifferente. Bagno comodo e funzionale, come la cucina graziosa e confortevole.

1.0− Monolocale non con un vero letto matrimoniale ma con divano letto (1 piazza e mezzo) che devi aprire e rifare tu! Divano letto ovviamente scomodissimo. Oltre il mal di schiena del giorno dopo, bastava muoversi un po che si svegliava l’altro perché il divano letto scricchiola continuamente. Appena entrati l’odore della casa era pesante, forse perché non usata da giorni , aveva un odore di muffa. Igiene: la casa era stata pulita giorni e giorni prima ma stra piena di ragnatele. Monolocale minuscolo , bastava aprire il divano letto che già facevi fatica a muoverti in casa. Parcheggi nelle vicinanze ovviamente zero. Difficile da trovare in strada. Scomodo da raggiungere, se hai valige ti devi fare tutto in salita a piedi oltre le scalinate. Costo a notte eccessivo per un monolocale con divano letto.
