2.0Forferdelig mottatt. Bestilt og betalt 2 enkeltrom for lenge siden Fikk beskjed ved ankomst kl 1900 at de kun hadde 1 dobbeltrom ledig. Dette godtok vi IKKE! Hun nevnte at det var vannlekkasje på det såkalte andre rommet. Vi ga beskjed om at det måtte ordnes. Da fikk vi på en sur måte om å gå på en restaurant en liten km unna og komme tilbake om 2 timer. Da vi kom tilbake var det plutselig 2 dobbeltrom ledig vi kunne få, men kun den første natta. Andre natta måtte vi bytte til 2 enkeltrom hver.

− Mein gebuchtes Zimmer Stand auf Grund eines Wasserschadens nicht zur Verfügung?! Ich wurde daraufhin in einem Nebengebäude/ Dachgeschoss untergebracht. Ich habe noch nie so etwas schlechtes für immerhin 185,00 € / Nacht bekommen. Ich komme definitiv nicht mehr, alle anderen kann ich nur warnen hier zu buchen! Die vorausgegangenen negativen Bewertungen kann ich durchaus nachvollziehen und bestätigen.
Noch bei der Ankunft schien alles harmlos. Ein dicker Porsche vor der Tür – ein Hoffnungsschimmer. Vielleicht waren die

− Erst war meine Buchung nicht auffindbar, dann nach dem kontaktieren von booking doch und am Tag der Anreise wieder nicht. Sehr schlecht. Keine Kommunikation seitens der Unterkunft, der Name des Hotels nicht gleich Name bei booking.com. Unfreundlich, und die Lobby sowie wenn man überhaupt von einer sprechen kann sowie das Büro sehr schlampig und dreckig. Hat sehr unangenehm gerochen. Auf keinen Fall dort buchen. Niemals so was schlechtes erlebt.
