Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
9.0Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert und nett. Sehr gute Ausstattung der Wohnung mit kleiner Terasse. Die Lage ist praktisch, nahe an der Tram-Linie und auch zu Fuß ist die Altstadt gut zu erreichen.
− Ein bisschen störend war nachts die Lüftung aus dem Nachbarhaus (?) oder Tiefgarage.

10.0Eine schöne Wohnung in einem Neubau, mit viel Sonnenlicht. Modern eingerichtet, sehr ruhig, sauber und warm. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter über WhatsApp war hervorragend. Ich kann die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen und würde gerne wieder hier wohnen, wenn möglich

10.0Sve pohvale domacinu.Lijepo nas je docekao , primio i sve lijepo objasnio,iako smo kasno dosli.Sve lijepo i uredno.Blizina centra i svega sto je potrebno.Svaki put kad budemo u Grazu,znamo gdje cemo boraviti.Rado preporucijem svakom.Apartman ima sve sto je potrebno.❤️❤️🥰🥰🙂🙂🙂

10.0Superou a expectativa! Perfeito. Apartamento térreo novo , super confortável e amplo, tem um pequeno pátio, seguro, cama ótima, banho muito bom, cozinha toda equipada e com lava louças , localizado próximo a mercados e restaurantes, 2 linhas de transporte urbano passam na frente mas é possível ir caminhando até o centro em 15 minutos. Zona boa , segura. Super recomendo.
