1.0− This property is a scam. Called after booking and was told by person that this property wasnt available to let anymore as in it no longer is ever available (person was from letting agency) and that we had to contact booking.com Then did not answer any contact from us or booking.com
Front door has no deadbolt…in a rough area…you do the math
1.0Nothing, this place is an absolute dump, literally couldn’t stay here and had to book a hotel instead
− The whole place seems really unsanitary, there’s no professional finish to any flooring/trim/paint there’s nails on the ground just rolling about. There’s no deadbolt on the door so anyone could literally break it down in 30 seconds flat! The place is really rough with people shouting and glass breaking downstairs.

10.0A nice and comfortable apartment in center of London. A landlord is very friendly. I recommend it!
Very disappointed and very frustrated with staff
2.0It was clean and the location
− There were no towels, door handle missing off bedroom, washing did not work, TV did not work, fire alarm bleeping, no light in bathroom bedroom window did not open. Staff were very unhelpful and made false promises about repairs, very disappointed
Had a comfortable time staying at the property. Good value for money.
9.0Amazing location! It was clean and tidy Good contact by the host Good facilities too
− Lights in the bathroom weren't working and the floor was a bit creaky but that's because it's just old wooden flooring.
