Příjemný apartmán, vybavený vším, co potřebujete k pobytu. Velká lednice s mrazákem, kapslový kávovar, bonusem jsou dvě koupelny s wc. Pohodlné matrace. Bylo nás v ubytováni šest dospělých a tři děti, byla jsem ráda, že nám ubytovatelka vyšla vstříc, překročili jsme o jednoho kapacitu ubytováni. Moc to však nedoporučuji, rozkládací gauč v obýváku je nepohodlný, ani jsme tam spát nezkoušeli. A v malém pokoji při plné obsazenosti je tomu, kdo je na palandě horko a tomu, kdo spí na přistýlce u okna zase zima, když se otevře okno. Ale pro dva páry a tři děti by byla velikost ubytování dostačující. V obýváku však je prostor na posezeni pro všechny.Lyže a boty jsme nechávali v aute, do skříňky na lyže bychom se v tom počtu nevešli. Vlek je dostupný pěšky. Komunikace s majitelkou byla velmi dobrá, byla nám vždy nápomocná.

Location is good, very close to skilift. For a family of 5 with a child, space was just enough. Kitchen utensils sufficient and parking nearby. Even though add says apartment has a terrasse, that is not thruth, it has no balcony or terasse, and that was very dissapointing so we had to change some of our vacation plans.

− False statements in the advertising is the main problem, the apartment has no terrace and linen in the bedrooms is not included, also bad instructions from the manager for entering, for finding ski box. Few things in the apartment where broken, in smallest room we could not get natural light from the window since the shutter was tied to the fense because it was broken. Breadcrumbs where all over the kitchen and dustballs in the corners of rooms. A day before arriving they asked us to pay extra 50e for linen, wich was nowhere previously stated, after some conversation on whatsapp and notifing Booking customer service they agreed on delivering the linen, sheets and pillowcases that where so old an with holes, and when we asked about the terrasse they pointed us to building owned terrasse across the main hallway that was locked all the time and nobody could use it. They said it was locked for safety because of the snow but that does not fix the problem that the add is falsly stating that apartment has a terrasse when it obviously has not. Our overall opinion of this apartment is that it is a nice space but the managment is so lousy that it will ruin your vacation, lying in the add and trying to get a few euros extra in any way they can , and that is such a shame. Also, 5 days after we left they complained via whatsapp that they did not find 42e, the money for city taxes that we put in the keybox, where they told us to put it. Maybe I am wrong, maybe they are simply not well organized, but all this does not feel right, feels like someone is trying to fool customers for small amounts of money here and there. Not even just the customers but also their own taxes because later I checked and the taxes should have been 1.5e per night per person. 7x5x1.5 is not 42e. Maybe they did not register all of us to the authorities, what if there was some accident and we had to report to our insurance but it turns out the owner/manager did not register us at all??

Comfortable family apartment for ski holidays

Overall enjoyed our stay for ski vacation at this comfortable, clean, warm and functional apartment. It is newly renovated and has nice mountain views from the windows. Very good communication with friendly and helpful host via Booking app messaging. Free public car parking on the access road outside the building.

− The WiFi connectivity was a bit slow. TVs had only Italian TV channels.

clean and spacious and comfortable. Nice big TV in the lounge and extra TV’s in some of the bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen.

− Those of our group who had to get to and from lessons each day, in the main ski area found it a bit of a walk. But that is a minor observation, not a complaint. We know it is not a hotel but we missed having no Wellness facilities. Perhaps a deal could be done with a local hotel for free or discounted used of sauna etc.? And communication with the staff was very minimal. We spoke no Italian, they spoke no English.
