7.0Location was fantastic. Framlingham was lovely. Lovely big comfy bed with good bedding.
− The number of stairs. Steps both inside and outside of the property were steep. Shower/bath difficult to use/access with the shower screen positioned behind the sink. Wonky floors were characterful but not great for someone with mobility issues. Fixtures and fittings a little dated.

4.0Location was very central. Property was clean.
− On arrival we were given the wrong code to key safe which was annoying . The lady who sent email to me wasn’t told it had changed. After the annoyance of not getting in straight away decided to go & buy some tea & milk. Then to find out there were no cups to use I really wasn’t happy considering it was only a 1 nights stay. Had to then call management agent yet again who then got the owner to drop some cups off.
Dead central location - bed comfortable and plenty of room for 2 people …would stay again.
