− Calefon en lugar de termotanque. Algunas instalaciones en regulares condiciones (pava eléctrica, luz en antebaño, persiana en living sin cadena para levantarla )

− Le falta mantenimiento. Las cortinas no suben, la tapa del inodoro esta rota. La puerta del balcon no cierra
