9.0The Gate House is a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday city life. As a bonus, the surrounding trees were all dressed in their beautiful autumn colours. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and with the peaceful quietness, it was a real struggle to get up in the morning!

A cosy wee cottage in a stunning location.
9.0A nice cosy little cottage. The welcoming basket was a nice touch. The open fire was wonderful and the heating responded instantly. The large double bed was really comfortable. It was blissfully quiet. Most of all we loved the access to the estate & walks in it. We loved the fact that it did not in any way deter walkers from using the estate - it made it feel very welcoming. Would definitely like to go back.
− The bathroom was a bit difficult for older folk to move in but we managed. That’s about all. Could I suggest providing more paper to light the fire and a guide to the coffee pods!
