Posizione ottima

− Il terzo letto era eccessivamente scomodo. Non era un effettivo terzo letto e quindi mi sento di sconsigliare le prenotazioni per più di due ospiti. La televisione non funzionava: un telecomando era privo delle pile e l'altro pur acendocele non andava.

Struttura e gestione da migliorare

La posizione, il letto, la suddivisione degli spazi. La struttura sembra essere ben insonorizzata.

− Host inesistente, oltre al check-in e all'apertura della keybox per le chiavi, non è stato disponibile su nulla. Abbiamo chiesto informazioni sulla struttura e su piccoli problemi che abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo oltre alle informazioni utili per la raccolta differenziata ma non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna risposta. Unica risposta di default è stata data dal messaggio standard nel giorno del checkout. Al nostro arrivo la struttura non era del tutto pulita e abbiamo trovato cibo residuo/aperto lasciato dai precedenti ospiti. Televisori inutilizzabili in quanto non c'erano pile nei telecomandi. Macchinetta del caffè a capsule presente ma non funzionante, il tasto di accensione lampeggiava ininterrottamente per cui l'apparecchio non era utilizzabile. Condizionatore funzionante ma il tubo di scarico esterno era rotto e l'acqua di scolo ha gocciolato giù, essendo in pieno centro storico siamo stati richiamati dai residenti. Fornelli elettrici della cucina utilizzabili ma solo uno alla volta, altrimenti va giù la corrente. Il lavandino della cucina perdeva acqua, aprendo il mobiletto sottostante abbiamo trovato un recipiente di raccolta per l'acqua, abbiamo chiesto informazioni a riguardo ma non c'è stata data alcuna spiegazione. Le foto presenti su booking rispecchiano realmente la conformazione della struttura. Qui inseriamo le foto delle problematiche evidenziate e per cui non abbiamo ricevuto alcun tipo di supporto. Peccato, perché la struttura avrebbe molto potenziale se si sistemassero questi dettagli.

The only thing I can say: location is ok

− I booked 7 nights but only stayed for the first. The apartment was not really clean - mouldy and hair in the bathroom. The shower was loose and felt off when I tried to shower. The toilet seat is lose. There was no lock at the front door of the house (felt very unsave), and it is noisy. In general, the apartment is big enough, but there are too many furniture parts, so you basically have to move around them. I know I booked without cancellation options, so the money is gone, but that apartment should not be for rent in that condition!

When i was booking this place i thought i was booking that exact apartment on the photo, but they have more apartments and we stayed in different one. But it was nice. We booked the place especially because of washine machine and we also needed wifi for work but unfortunately that aprtment we stayed didn’t have washine machine and wifi wasn’t working. But Dominike was trying to solve the problems and helped us by letting us into another empty apartment to use washine machine and wifi. The water pressure in the shower was very low but not sure if they can do much about it since it is very old building. If you are looking for a place with a kid just so you know it can get pretty loud since it is in the center and the walls are thin.
