10.0Hiddem gem is truly a gem.The environment was beautiful and attractive.The hostess was amazing.The pool was perfect for my skin.I felt like I was home away from home.The location was ideal.I was able to call a taxi for pick up easily.It was worth the money and more.I plan to go back in the future.

5.0Unfortunately, I didnt get to stay at the property. My reservation was canceled the day before, as Charmaine, the host advised me that my 2 night reservation clashed with a 1 night reservation for another group of guests, who's booking clashed with what would be my first night of the reservation. Charmaine though made an offer to me inspite of this and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and advised that she would give me a 10% discount if I ever booked with them in the future. So that's ok I guess. I do appreciate the communication none the less that was highly commendable. So we will see what the future holds.
