5 stelle solo per il titolo, state alla larga!!!
4.0Posizione, anche se lontana dall’aereoporto, molto comoda per escursioni come sharm el huli, isole Hamata. La struttura è bellissima se non fosse rovinata dall’incompetenza della maggior parte dello staff che ci lavora dentro. Degni di nota positiva Mahmoud che lavora al bar vicino la reception la sera,Ahmad jamal che lavora al bar vicino la reception la mattina,Magdy e lo staff del Basilico e per ultimo ma non ultimo Tarek che insieme a Bob(il dromedario) ogni giorno ci ha strappato un sorriso ed è veramente una bella persona. Cibo nella norma ma ripetitivo, almeno non siamo stati male con la pancia. Sono molto attenti all’igiene del cibo. Pontile molto bello, volendo se si rimane proprio a riva si ci può anche bagnare da lì nei giorni di alta marea.
− Ci sarebbe da aprire un libro, le stanze sono molto belle ma i dettagli non all’altezza di un 5 stelle. Pecche e ruggine nei vari angoli della stanza e soprattutto nel bagno (urgono delle manutenzioni). Spazi comuni molto curati ma poi i cuscini dei divanetti degli spazi esterni e anche i cuscini delle sdraio delle camere non vengono puliti (pieni di macchie, anche gli asciugamani). Lo staff della reception è penoso, ci tengo in particolare a citare il nome di Mahmoud (se così si chiama visto che appena abbiamo avuto problemi la sua unica preoccupazione e premura è stata quella di togliere il suo nome dal cartellino in modo da non ricevere una recensione negativa a suo nome). A chi fa il check out, fate attenzione! Vi chiederanno di dare un voto al vostro soggiorno ma poi, facendo finta di maneggiare il tablet, se non è alto, lo cambieranno a loro piacimento e firmeranno al vostro posto. Peccato che stavolta gli sia andata male! A parte questo, personale per lo più scortese e inesperto (che parla di te in arabo sapendo che non capisci e ti prendono pure in giro) e che non è in grado di parlare inglese, in un resort 5 stelle non è accettabile. Animazione praticamente inesistente, monotona e noiosa. La bella struttura non basta, soprattutto per il prezzo pagato. Scegliete altro!

Eine wunderbare Woche in der wir auch viel über die Kultur lernen durften.
9.0Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, modern und einfach perfekt um sich zu erholen. Außerdem ist das Hausriff ist atemberaubend. Aber das tollste an diesem Hotel sind seine Mitarbeiter, Vorallem Saied Mohamed vom Empfang stand uns bei unseren Buchungsproblemen die bei einem anderen Anbieter entstanden sind stets zur Seite und hat unseren fast in die Hose gegangenen Urlaub gerettet. Vielen Dank nochmal an dieser Stelle. Außerdem sind die beiden Barkeeper Mahmoud und Karem von der Latitude Bar wirklich einfach die besten! Mahmoud macht mit viel Liebe und Expertise die leckersten Cocktails überhaupt und auch Karem macht besonders gute Cocktails und hat uns durch seine guten Deutsch Kenntnisse in viele sehr nette Gespräche verwickelt. Allein wegen dieser Cocktails würde ich sofort wieder kommen!! Nicht außer Acht zu lassen ist auch Seyad welcher jeden Abend im Manzoku Restaurant anzutreffen ist und auch beim Frühstück. Er ist total freundlich und zuvorkommend und wir haben uns sehr wohl mit ihm gefühlt. Die Kellner im Basilico Restaurant sind auch sehr sehr nett, leider habe ich mir die Namen nicht gemerkt aber alle waren sehr sehr nett und die tomatensuppe und der Cesar Salat waren sehr lecker. Also alles in allem ein tolles modernes und wunderschönes Hotel mit leckerem Essen und unglaublich freundlichem Personal
