10.0хозяин передал ключи лично все обьяснил. классное место. есть гараж. но чтобы подняться нужно хороше ездить высокие подьемы. много комнат, удобная кухня и лужайка. нас было 9 человек. мне кажется в идеале подойдет для 6-7
