GONE BUST DO NOT BOOK
2.0Arrived at the property and it has closed for business leaving us stranded at the height of summer when everything is booked up. We are hours from home on a road trip.Taken our money months ago and no word from the owners, still listed online and still taking bookings. Landlord at a local pub told us tbey had gone bust. Shocking behaviour!! Beware of booking here, need to take it from your website! Doing a chargeback with credit card.

Disappointingly small room/bed
6.0They have Budget Doubles, Economy Doubles, Doubles and a Family Room. We booked the Economy Double. We were rather disappointed at just how small the room was although it was nicely finished. The bed was the smallest type of double at 4ft and after the first night we would have liked to have moved to a larger room/bed for our second night. But we were told that it wasn’t possible even though 5 of the 7 rooms were clearly unoccupied which surprised us. Also the day we arrived was really cold and there was no heating left on in the room and it was several hours before it warmed up. So all in all bit disappointing. Presumably the Budget Double is even tighter on space than the Economy Double. Our recommendation would be go for the Double if you want enough bed space.

8.0Really friendly and helpful owner and staff. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Only stayed the night so didn't spend much time there. A little cramped in the deluxe room.
