10.0Bylo to jako bydlet u strejdy na baráku. Je třeba počítat s tím, že se potkáte ve společné kuchyňce a prohodíte spolu nějakou tu větu, že poznáte skvělého psa Fabia a že ve sdílené ledničce má Mike své jídlo. S čímž budete počítat, pokud si přečtete informace k ubytování rovnou a ne jako my až před odjezdem. Strávili jsme tam jen jednu noc, ale hodnotíme zcela kladně. Nic není problém, Mike všechno zařídí a uklidí za vás i sušák na prádlo, abyste se nepředřeli. Pokud vám zbyde pizza od večeře, postará se o ni s chutí Fabio - za odměnu najdete pár jeho chlupů v posteli a nějaký ten písek na podlaze. K dispozici i krytá terasa a popelníky pro kuřáky, a kompletně vybaveno sdílenými domácími spotřebiči. Zdálo se nám, že je poznat jiný přístup oproti Italům - vše bylo perfektně čisté, upravené a připravené a nikde se nic neviklalo nebo nebylo napůl upadlé. Cena bezkonkurenční. Jednoznačně doporučujeme.

10.0Mike ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Es hat alles perfekt geklappt. Das Zimmer war tadellos sauber. Das Bett sehr bequem. Ich habe mich sehr gut mit seinem liebevollen und sehr intelligenten Hund Fabio verstanden, den ich in mein Herz geschlossen habe. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert tadellos. Es bleibt mir nur danke von Herzen zu sagen. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Türe.
