7.0Die Lage war sehr gut, tolle Bars und Cafés in der Nähe und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, sowie Check-in und Check-out waren schnell und problemlos. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit einem luxuriösen Bad ausgestattet. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungenes Konzept.
− Aus dem kleineren Badezimmer kommt leider durchgängig ein unangenehmer Geruch, der auch durch die Lüftung nicht verschwand. Es wirk insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen. Leider hatten wir direkt am ersten Abend eine riesige ca. 4 cm große lebendige Kakerlake dort gefunden. Infolgedessen nutzen wir dieses Bad fast nicht mehr, was schade war, da wir die Wohnung für den Preis extra wegen des zweiten Badezimmers ausgesucht hatten.

− Listing advises of a spiral staircase to the second floor but doesn't advise that before that staircase there is another set of stairs prior to the spiral. It was A LOT of stairs for all the luggage we had but we managed.
Disappointed because of bad smell.
3.0Great location and close to walk to all the major sites. Good price for location.
− Horrible sewer smell from smaller bathroom and a big cockroach. Told property manager and was offered no compensation. Smell had obviously been going on for a while. Also only sitting area is at the kitchen table - no couch in unit. Beware that the stairs are very narrow and difficult to climb for some people.

9.0The location was fantastic - central to everything. The stairs were quite challenging which I don’t believe we were advised of until after payment was made. The apartment was very well appointed and decorated. The coffee and water was a nice touch. Just unfortunate that we did not have any hot water for 2 days. Would definitely choose to stay again.
