10.0Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Appartamento al Mare in Montepaone Lido. Die Wohnung ist ideal für vier Personen – wir waren ein Paar und zwei Singles, wobei eine Person das große und bequeme Sofa nutzen konnte. Es bietet viel Platz und Komfort zum Schlafen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hervorragend: alle notwendigen Elektrogeräte, Geschirr, Waschmaschine etc. sind vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und entspricht genau den Bildern. Besonders angenehm waren die gut funktionierenden Klimaanlagen und die praktischen Zanzariere (Mückenschutzgitter). Ein grosses Plus war auch die Betreuung durch Kassandra, die jederzeit über Handy erreichbar war und sich stets freundlich und hilfsbereit gezeigt hat – vielen Dank dafür! Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal – nur ca. 7 km von Soverato entfernt und mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen reibungslos und unkompliziert. Wir würden diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!
Sono tornato dopo molti anni e ho ricevuto un upgrade insperato!
10.0Ottima posizione, tranquilla, vicina ai servizi (centro commerciale a circa 1 km) e agli stabilimenti balneari, facilmente raggiungibili sia pure in auto ma cmq a 1,5 km circa. La dotazione dell'appartamento non è facilmente eguagliabile, con elettrodomestici completi, stoviglie complete (per esempio, servizi di bicchieri da 6 per tutte le bevute, dal liquore al cognac, dal whisky alla birra, dai calici per vino a bicchieri per acqua,..). Spazi ampi, sia living che per le camere matrimoniali, tutti con aria condizionata, nonché due bagni e anche due terrazzi ampi, arredati con poltrone o divani da esterni per piacevoli relax dopo una giornata di mare, con o senza aperitivo. Estremamente pulito e con mobilio decisamente funzionale e nuovo, . Parcheggio assegnato per l'auto. Sicuramente consigliabile anche ad affittuari con grandi aspettative.
− Il corredo del bagno, già sufficiente con un set completo per ogni ospite, potrebbe essere integrato con un accappatoio. Unico inconveniente, direi eccezionale, abbiamo trovato il posto auto a noi riservato occupato da altro mezzo.
