− Faltaban detalles en el apartamento, como por ejemplo el escurridor de platos, alguna balleta y trapo para poder secar. También la tv se ve regular y hay mucho canales que no los coge. Se escucha mucho ruido de la zona exterior de la calle.

9.0Excelente ubicación. Muy bien equipado y en excelente estado. Un gran detalle, el desayuno de cortesía. Wifi y Tv conectada a Internet. Equipada con alarma, lo que añade un plus de seguridad.
− No tiene plaza de aparcamiento propia, pero se puede aparcar por la zona sin dificultad. A la vivienda solo se puede acceder por una escalera, no recomendable para personas con dificultades de desplazamiento.
