4.0− Toilet not flushed properly, very stained coffee mugs, Crumbs all over the shelf under the toaster, hairs around the vanity, very cobbled Unstraightened mat in lounge (big trip factor) .

8.0− The only problem we encountered was the shower. You have to step up quite high to get into the bath which the shower is over. My wife has recently had a knee replacement and this proved quite difficult for her to get into the shower.
