8.0The location was excellent for our needs. It’s close to public transport on clearly marked streets which made navigation easy and within walking distance to the mall and a couple of corner shops for drinks and snacks. The apartment itself matched the photos. The rooms were clean and well maintained.
− 1. *Swimming pool* The listing advertises a swimming pool as a facility. There was no mention that this is an extra cost, or that access is restricted as it’s a private facility for “serious swimmers” only. My children were very disappointed that we couldn’t use the pool during our stay. For future guests, payment details and usage rules for the pool should be made expressly clear on the website at the time of booking to avoid confusion. 2. *TV signal* The TV had no signal when we arrived, so we were unable to watch World Cup football on local channels. The staff did resolve this the next day, which we appreciate, but by then we had already missed a couple of matches. 3. *Dining chairs* A couple of the dining chairs were unsafe. The seats were half-screwed on and loose, and the legs felt easily bendable. This was a concern every time we sat down to eat.
